Ingredients
Rice flour-1 cup
All purpose flour(maida)-1/2 cup
Semolina-2 tbsp
Jaggery- 200gm
Water-2 cup
Cardamom Powder – 1/2 tsp
Cumin Powder
Salt-1 Pinch
Coconut pieces-2tbsp
Sesame seeds-1/2 tsp
Papad-1
Oil- for frying
Preparation
Melt jaggerry in a sauce pan. Soak papad in water. Take a bowl, add flours, mix it well, then add jaggerry melted into it,mix well, then blend it in a mixie jar, pour to a bowl,next add semolina, add cardamom,cumin powder,coconut,sesame and pinch of salt, mix well, then add papad and ghee, mix all well. Heat oil in a pan, pour 1 laddle of batter, flip another side to cook well.
