Ingredients :
for puff pastry
Maida:2cup /250g
sugar:1/2tsp
salt: 1tsp
water:3/4cup
butter:150g
flour for dusting
egg masala
coconut oil:2tbsp
onion:3
garlic:3-4cloves
ginger:1/2tbsp
green chilli:2
turmeric powder:1/2tsp
chilli powder:1/2tbsp
coriander powder:1tbsp
salt
coriander leaves
curry leaves
boiled egg:2
Preparation
For pastry sheets, make dough with the items in the list, then rest this for 15 minutes, then again knead it, split the dough into 2, then flattern it into rectangle shape, spread butter and dust, fold it from both sides, again spread butter and maida, fold again, rest this for 1 hr in refrigirator. After 1 hour take the sheet, again repeat the first step, rest 1 more hour. Repeat the same step 1 more time. Finally cut the sheets into square shape.
For masala, heat oil in a pan, saute ginger,garlic and onion, then add green chilly and salt, add masalas, mix well, add curry leaves and coriander leaves ,turn off flame.
Take a sheet, fill masala with 1/2 boiled egg piece, brush egg mix above the puffs
Bake in a pressure cooker.
