rice flour-4 cup
cumin-1 tsp

coconut grated-1 handful
salt
water
shallots-10
garlic-10
Preparation
Grind coconut, cumin, shallots and garlic into fine paste, then add this mix into rice flour, then knead the flour with boiling water. Take small portion from it, then roll it into thin, take a small aluminium pipe, roll the flatterned dough above the pipe surface, then fry in hot oil, after frying done, remove the pipes.
