Ingredients
gram flour-1 cup
rice flour-1/2 cup
turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
red chilly powder-1 tbsp
hing
curry leaves
garlic cloves-5
ginger-small piece
oil
salt
water
Preparation
Mix besan, rice flour, turmeric, chilly powder, and hing together, then strain this into bowl. Grind garlic and ginger, mix with water then add to the flour mix into a strainer, knead well to make a soft dough, add salt too. Take a idiyappam press with pakavada disc, fill the dough, then press into the hot oil, fry all dough like this.
