Ingredients
for dough
maida-1 cup
salt
water
oil
sesame seeds-1 tbsp
For filling
potato-2 boiled
chicken cooked and fried-1 cup( grated)
curry leaves
chilly flakes-2 tbsp
salt
Preparation
Begin the cooking with dough making, make maida dough using above listed ingredients and keep aside.
In a bowl add potato grated, cooked chicken grated, curry leaves, and chilly flakes, mix well, then make small balls.
Take maida dough, flattern it into thin sheets, cut it into long shape, then fill it with our masala balls, then seal it with maida paste.
Fry all in hot oil.
