Ingredients
Cooked chickpea-1 cup
oil
onion-1
tomato-1
green chilly-2-3
garlic-1 tbsp
ginger -1 tbsp
chicken masala-2 tbsp
kashmiri chilly powder-1 tbsp
water
garam masala -1/2 tsp
curry leaves
Preparation
Take 2 tbsp of cooked chickpea, grind into fine paste and mix with the cooked chickpea. Heat oil in a pan ,add ginger and garlic, roast for a while,next add onion, green chilly and tomato, then saute it well, next add masalas, once the masalas raw smell gone add chickpea into it, mix well, cook for 10 minutes, finally add some curry leaves into it.
