semolina-150 gm
water-200 ml

oil-1 tbsp
rice flour-1 tbsp
kashmiri chilly powder

Preparation
Boil water, salt, and oil in a pan, then add semolina into it, stir well, then turn off flame when it becomes thick, next transfer this to a plate, add rice flour into it, knead well and make a perfect dough, and divide the dough into small balls( cherry size). And fry the small balls in hot oil, after done frying, spread some salt and chilly powder.
