Ingredients
pumkin-1 kg
sago rice-1/4 cup
melted jaggerry-1 1/2 cup
cashew, kismis
cardamom powder-1 tbsp
rice flour-1 tbsp
Thick coconut milk-1 cup
second extract of coconut milk-1 1/2 cup
ghee
Preparation
Cook pumkin and sago separately. Heat a pan add ghee and roast cashews and kismis, and keep aside, then add mashed pumkin into the pan, next add jaggerry, next cooked sago rice and mix well, then add second coconut milk, rice flour, cook well, and stir continously, finally add coconut milk, cashew, kismis and cardamom powder.
