boiled potato-4
curry leaves
green coriander-2 tbsp
tomatoes-2
onion -2
frozen peas-2 tbsp
green chilly-1-2
ginger-1 tsp
oil-2 tbsp
mustards-1 tsp
salt
turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
red chilly powder-1/2 tsp
split bengal gram-1 tsp
black gram-1 tsp
sambar masala-1 tbsp
oil
Preparation
Grate/mash the potatoes, and keep aside, then heat oil in a pan, add mustards, urad dal and gram dal, roast well, add curry leaves, onion, next add all masalas, ginger, tomatoes , add required salt and saute well, then add water, mix well and cook for 5 minutes, next add, green peas, and potatoes, finally add coriander leaves.
