Preparation
Crush half of the green chilly, and shallots with cumin separately , then add coconut oil in a clay pot , heat the pot , add all vegetables into it, add salt, next red chilly, turmeric, green chilly crushed, mix all and cover the pot, blend coconut and mix with crushed shallots and curry leaves and add this mix to aviyal, cook for a while, add curd, finally add coconut oil
