5.coriander leaves -1/3 cup
6. pudina leaves-1/3 cup
7.boiled egg -6
8.ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
9.curd -3tbsp
10.bay leaf -2
11.mace-1/2
12.cardamom-1
13.cloves-1
14.cinnamon sticks -1
15.star anise -1
16.oil/ghee – 5tbsp
17.salt
18. chilly powder -1/2 tsp
19.turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
20.biriyani masala-1/2 tsp
21.boiled water-1 1/4 glass

preparation
Wash and strain the rice and keep aside.In a cooker add oil and fry cashews and kismis then onion and transfer it to a plate keep aside, then fry eggs with chilly powder, salt and turmeric and after add all masalas to the cooker then onions, salt, green chilly,ginger garlic paste,tomato,chilly powder,turmeric,biriyani masala, and cook well next add curd next half portion of coriander,pudina cashew, kismis and fried onion next add water and salt ,once it boiled add rice and eggs and cook for 1 whistle
