Turmeric powder
Chilli powder
Kashmiri chilli
Pepper powder
Garam masala
Salt
Corn flour
All purpose flour
Preparation
Cut cauliflower into large pieces, then soak it in vinegar water for 20 minutes, then boil it in water with salt and a little turmeric, then drain water. In a bowl, combine masala powders, flours, salt and water together and make a thick paste, dip cauliflower pieces in it, then deep fry it.
