Here is a recipe for a cauliflower curry
Ingredients:
1 large cauliflower florets
1/2 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger paste
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon coriander seeds
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/4 teaspoon garam masala
1/2 cup tomato puree
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon coconut oil
Salt to taste
Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish
Preparation
Wash and cut the cauliflower florets into small florets. Heat the coconut oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the cumin seeds and coriander seeds and let them crackle for a few seconds. Add the onion, garlic, ginger paste, chili powder, turmeric powder, and garam masala and cook for 2-3 minutes until fragrant. Add the tomato puree and cook for 5 minutes until it thickens. Add the cauliflower florets and water and cook for 10-15 minutes until the cauliflower is tender. Add salt to taste and garnish with fresh cilantro leaves.Serve hot with chapati or rice.
