Preparation

Marinate chicken with salt, turmeric, chilly powder and garam masala, then cook it in a pressure cooker. After cooking it well, shred chicken. Prepare a chicken masala filling by sauting, onion, ginger garlic chilly crush, chicken and masala powders, . Prepare a maida dosa with simple maida , salt and water mixing batter. Add chicken filling to the dosa, then fold it like square pockets. Then dip it in egg mix, then coat it in nice vermicelli. Now its ready to fry.
