Snake gourd Coconut milk Curry

snake gourd-1/2

salt
water
rice flour
coconut oil
mustard
dry chilly
curry leaves
Preparation
Chop snake gourd into small pieces, then take it in a clay pot, add tomato, green chilly, salt and water, then cook it for 20 minutes, add coconut milk, then add rice flour and coconut milk mix, combine well, then boil it well. Once it cooked enough, season curry with mustard, dry chilly and curry leaves.
