Chicken Stew
Ingredients
coconut oil
whole spices
green cjhilly -2
salt
1/2 kg chicken
1 onion, chopped
1 carrot, chopped
1 potato
1 bay leaf
second extract of coconut milk
tomato
thick coconut milk
garam masala-1/2 tsp
cashew nut paste
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 cup water
coriander leaves
Preparation
Heat the coconut oil in a large pot over medium heat, add whole spices, after roasting it well add onion , and green chilly, saute it well.Next add the chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
Add the carrot, potato and salt pour coconut milk second extract and cook until softened, next add masala powders and cashew paste, Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and add thick coconut milk , just boil it then turn off flame.
