Preparation
Grind chicken and keep aside. Saute onion, ginger and garlic in buuter. Grind coriander, sauted items, bread and salt together and crush it98] well, mix these all and knead it like a dough. Refrigerate it for 1/2 hrs, then make small patties with it. Finally, shallow fry it.
