Ingredients:

1 cup rice

1 egg

1 onion

1 carrot

1 capsicum

beans

1 tomato

1/2 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste

1/2 teaspoon chicken masala

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons oil

soy sauce

tomato sauce

Instructions:

Cook the rice and set aside.Scramble egg and keep this aside. Heat oil in a wok or pan. Add ginger-garlic paste and saute for a few seconds. Add chopped onion, carrot, capsicum, and tomato and saute until softened, add sauces, mix well. Add chicken masala and salt and mix well. Add cooked rice and break it up with a spoon.Make a well in the center and add the scrambled egg egg. Cook for a few more minutes until heated through.
