Kerala style Beef Curry

Ingredients:

1 kg beef

1 onion

2 tomatoes

1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste

1 teaspoon turmeric powder

2 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon garam masala

2 teaspoon coriander powder

1 teaspoon fennel

salt

1 cup water

fenugreek-1 tsp

1 tablespoon oil

Preparation

Cut the beef into small pieces. Heat oil in a clay pot pan and add the fenugreek, let it fry well. Add the onion and cook until it is softened. Add the ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1 minute. Add the turmeric powder, chili powder, garam masala, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt. Add the beef and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add the water and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 1-2 hours, or until the beef is cooked.
