Here is the recipe for the banana and egg snack
Ingredients:
1 banana, sliced

3 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup milk
3 tablespoons sugar
3 cardamom pods, crushed
1 tablespoon ghee
2 slices bread
Preparation
In a blender, combine the banana, eggs, milk, sugar, and cardamom pods. Blend until smooth. Add the ghee to the blender and blend again for a few seconds. In a greased pan, heat over medium heat. Dip the slices of bread into the batter and cook in the pan for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown. Serve the snack warm.
