250 grams dates
1 inch ginger
10 cloves garlic
4 curry leaves
4 green chillies
Salt
Sugar
Mustard powder
Turmeric powder
Kashmiri chilli powder
Fennel powder
Cumin powder
Preparation
Wash the lemons and cut them into small pieces. Add salt and sugar to the lemons. Heat oil in a pan and add ginger, garlic, curry leaves, and green chillies. Add turmeric powder, Kashmiri chilli powder, fennel powder, and cumin powder to the pan. Add the lemons to the pan and mix well. Close the pan and let it cook for 3 minutes.
