Squid Fry
Ingredients:
1 cup of kanava

1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
Salt to taste
Ginger-garlic paste
Curry leaves
Oil
Preparation
Clean the kanava and cut it into long pieces.Marinate the kanava with turmeric powder, chilli powder, cumin powder, garam masala, salt, ginger-garlic paste and curry leaves.Heat oil in a pan and fry the marinated kanava until it becomes golden brown and crispy.
