Wheat orotti
Ingredients:
2 cups wheat flour

3 green chilies
1/2 teaspoon cumin
3/4 onion
Salt to taste
Coconut
Water
Curry leaves
Preparation
Cut ginger, green chilies and cumin, Cut onion. Mix wheat flour, ginger-green chilies-cumin mixture, onion, salt, coconut, curry leaves and water. Knead the dough until it becomes soft and sticky.Take a small portion of the dough and apply on a banana leaf .Heat a pan and put the flattened dough on, then cook both sides until it becomes golden brown.
