Preparation
Heat oil in a pan, add chopped okra, saute it well, then add other veggies, water, masala powders and salt, cook it well. Grind coconut with curry leaves, cumin and water, then add to curry, heat it well, then turn off flame. Season curry with oil, mustard, shallots, dry chilly and curry leaves.
