Tea shop special snack “fried Pathiri”
Ingredients
rice flour-2 cup

water-3 cup
ghee-1 tbsp
coconut-14 cup
shallots-2
garlic-2
cumin
black cumin
maida-2 tbsp
oil for frying
Preparation
Boil water with salt and ghee, then add rice flour to it, combine well , once it become non sticky and thick , turn off flame and set aside for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes transfer it to counter top, add maida, then knead it well, add crushed coconut, cumin, shallot and garlic, knead it again, add black cumin too, once it become perfect dough, flatten it with a roller, cut it with a bottle lid from medium thick layers, then fry all.
