Ingredients
1 cup of wheat flour

2 pinches of salt
1 pinch of cumin
water
Preparation
To make the puttu, first mix the wheat flour, salt, and cumin in a bowl. Then, gradually add water while mixing until the dough is soft and pliable. Next, steam the puttu in a traditional puttu maker or a steamer. Finally, serve the puttu hot with your favorite curry or coconut chutney.
