Brocoli salad for weight loss

Ingredients

Broccoli

Butter

Garlic

Chilli flakes

Pepper powder

Salt

Olive Oil

Lemon juice

Chopped tomato

Chopped red capsicum

Chopped cucumber

Chopped onion

Low fat less salt feta cheese

Boiled egg ( optional )

Preparation

Heat a pan, add butter, then add garlic chopped, saute it well, then add chilly flakes, saute it again, then add brocoli and salt, mix well and saute it until it become cooked then turn off flame. In a bowl, add lemon juice, olive oil and pepper powder, combine all, then add sauted brocoli, chopped veggies and low fat feta cheese, combine all, then turn off flame.
