Preparation
Grind jackfruit pulp. Heat a pan, and add ghee , then pour mix to the pan, stir it well, once it starts boiling add jaggerry juice, combine both well, then pour coconut milk, keep the flame high and stir it without stopping it. Add semolina for stiffness, continue stirring, add ghee frequently,. Add cashews and cardamom, once it become thick and non sticky, transfer it to a oil applied plate, then tightly press it with spoon, then keep this aside for cool and stiffness. After that you can cut it.
