Paal kappa, best recipe with Tapioca

Ingredients

Tapioca- 1 kg

coconut milk- 750 ml

shallots-10-15

dry chilly-3

green chilly-3

curry leaves

garlic-3-4

ginger

coconut oil

mustard

Preparation

Chop tapioca into small pieces, then boil it until it become soft. Crush ginger, garlic, green chilly and curry leaves. Transfer cooked tapioca to a pan, pour coconut milk, salt and crushed items, boil it until it become thick. Finally, season it with coconut oil, mustard, dry chilly and shallots.
