Tasty Jackfruit halwa, no need of oil and ghee.

coconut milk- 2 coconut
sugar
corn flour-1/2 cup
water-1 cup

cardamom powder-2 tsp
Preparation
Grind jackfruit pulp to fine paste, then add this to a bottom thick pan, pour coconut milk, then mix well, turn on flame and start stirring, once it become boil enough and start thickening add sugar, continue stirring, after 8-10 minutes add corn flour and water mix, mix well, once it become thick and dark add cardamom powder and cashew nuts, combine well, then transfer it to a mould, then wit until it cooled down and get stiff, then cut it.
