Simple snack for kids with less ingredients
Ingredients
sugar-1/2 cup

salt-1 pinch
ghee-6 tbsp
milk-1/4 cup
maida-300 gm
baking soda- 1 pinch
Preparation
In a bowl, add powdered sugar, salt, baking powder, ghee , maida and milk, knead well and make a soft dough, keep this aside for 30 minutes, then take this and divide it into two parts, flatten it into medium thick round shape, then cut it into small square shaped bites, then fry it well.
