Try this tasty fish recipe
INGREDIENTS
Fish fry masala
Chura Meen 500g
Chilli powder 2 tsp
Yellow powder 1/4 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp
Vinegar 1 tsp
Coconut oil 1tsp
Season with salt
Ingredients for making fish Peratt
Onion 2
Tomatoes 2
Green Chilli 2
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Kashmiri chili powder 2 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Yellow powder 1/2 tsp
Coconut oil 2 tbsp
Tamarind size
For curry leaves
Preparation
Marinate fish with the masalas in the list, then fry it after 30 minutes. Then add onion to the pan, saute it well, then add green chilly and curry leaves, then add curry leaves, mix it well, next add masala powders, once the raw smell gone add tamarind water, add salt, boil it until it become thick, now add fish to it, mix it with masala, then turn off flame.
