maida-1 cup
rice flour-1/2 cup
ghee- 1 tsp
salt- 1 pinch
milk
sugar- 1 cup
water- 1 cup
Preparation
Chop bananas into a bowl, then mash it well, add maida, rice flour and salt, use milk to knead it well and make a soft dough. Make small round bites with this dough, then fry all. Prepare sugar syrup, then soak the fried snack in it for 1 minute, then transfer it to a plate.
