Ingredients
for dosa
raw rice-2 cup
coconut-1
cooked rice-3/4 cup
salt
water
For chutney
coconut oil-2 tbsp
cumin-1 tsp
urad dal-1 tsp
dry chilly
curry leaves
onion-1
tomato-2
garlic-4
garlic-4
hing-1 pinch
chilly powder-1 tsp
turmeric-1/4 tsp
Preparation
Wash rice throughly in water, then soak it for 3-4 hrs, then grind it with coconut, cooked rice , water and salt, then keep it aside for raise, next morning, you can make dosa with this batter.
Heat oil in a pan, add cumin, urad dal, dry chilly and curry leaves, roast it well, next add onion, green chilly, tomato and garlic, saute it well, add salt and masala powders, then mix well. Grind it after heat is gone, then serve it with dosa.
