Tasty fish curry with tuna fish

Ingredients
coconut-1/2
shallots-3-4
coconut oil
pepper-1-2 tsp
tuna fish-2
mustard
ginger garlic crushed
shallots chopped-5-8
tomato-1
curry leaves
green chilly
salt
water
tamarind
chilly powder-4 tsp
coriander -3tsp
fenugreek powder-1/4 tsp
Preparation
Heat coconut oil in a pan, add coconut, shallots and pepper , roast it until it become golden brown, then turn off flame. Grind this mix to fine paste. Heat oil in a clay pot, pop mustard, then add crushed ginger and garlic, saute it well, then add shallots, tomato, green chilly and curry leaves, saute all well, then add masala powders, mix until the raw smell gone, then pour tamarind juice, add water and salt, then add coconut paste, boil it well, then add fish, boil another 5 minutes, then turn off flame.
