An easy prepared white egg stew curry..
INGREDIENTS
boiled egg-6
onion-2+2
green chilly-1+2
ginger garlic
cashews-10
coconut oil-3 tsp
fennel-1/2 tsp
cinnamon, cardamom and cloves
salt
coriander powder-1/4 tsp
pepper powder-1/4 tsp
water
coriander leaves
curry leaves
potato and carrot
thick coconut milk
ghee
fennel powder
Preparation
Heat oil in a pan, add whole spices, onion, green chilly , ginger and garlic , saute it well, then add masala powders, mix until the raw smell gone, thenturn off flame. Grind the mix with soaked almonds, then keep aside. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger garlic, onion and green chilly, saute it well, then pour the onion paste, combine both, add water and salt, let it boil well, then add eggs, finally, add ghee and fennel powder, add coriander leaves too, then turn off flame.
