water- 1 1/4 cup
jaggerry-80 gm
salt
cardamom powder- 1/2 tsp
coconut-1/4 cup
rice flour-1cup
Preparation
Boil banana, then cut it into small pieces. Boil water in a pan, add jaggerry to it, then add coconut and cardamom , once it boil well add rice flour, mix well and make thick dough, turn off flame. Add banana pieces, combine all evenly, take banana leaves, fold it like small pockets, fill the mix into it, then cover it, finally, steam it well.
