Ingredients
Mixed Sprouts – 1 cup
Chopped cucumber- 1/2 cup
Chopped Spring Onion – 1/3 cup
Chopped carrot – 1/3 cup
Chopped onion – 1/4 cup
Diced baby tomatoes – 10
Chopped parsley leaves – 1/3 cup
Pink salt -1/2 teaspoon
Cumin powder – 1 tsp
Chaat masala – 1 tsp
olive oil – 2 tablespoons
lemon – 1
Preparation
Soak sprouted pulses in boiled water for 10 minutes, then strain it , take these sprouts in a bowl, add chopped vegetables, salt, cumin powder, chat masala and oilive oil, combine all, then serve it.
