PREPARATION

Just pulse the rice in mixie jar, then take it in a bowl, add salt water, turmeric, chilly powder and cumin, mix well with your hand. Take a round plate or something like that, put the mix with your hand in a small ball shape, fill the plate with adequate space, then keep this plate under sunlight, in 1-3 days it will become tight and crispy.
