INGREDIENTS
ghee- 1 1/2 tbsp

cashews-1/4 cup
raisins-2 tbsp
poha- 1 cup
milk-3 cup
carrot-1/ 4 cup
cashew paste
milkmaid
jaggerry -150 gm
Preparation
Heat a bottom thick pan, add ghee then add cashews, roast it well, next add raisins, roast again, then set aside. Roast poha in the pan, add carrot, mix all, then pour milk into it,let it boil well, add cashew paste to the pan, boil it until it become thick, add milk maid, mix well, add jaggerry juice and roasted cashews and kismis, mix everything well, now its ready to serve.
