Boil one quarter cup of water in a pot and grind one quarter cup of coconut, two or three small onions and some cumin seeds. When the water boils, add crushed coconut, salt and a cup of rice flour to it and mix well, then turn off the heat and cover the pot. You can add the soaked cow beans, white cow beans, green gram, chickpeas to a cooker, add some water, turmeric powder, two pieces of garlic, two green chillies and enough salt and cook well. Take the covered rice flour and knead it well and make it into small balls and then press each one by hand into baby pathiris and steam it well in a steamer. Grind a few coconuts, two small onions, green chillies and curry leaves in a mixer, and in a large pan, add mustard seeds and pulses and crackle them. Then you can add an onion and when it is fried well, add tomato to it and add curry leaves and fry well. You can add enough salt. Next you can add chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder little by little. After mixing well, add the cooked lentils to it. After boiling it well and draining all the water, add the cooked small pathiris to it and mix it well then switch off the flame.
