Ingredients

Ragi flour – 2 Cups
Salt – to taste
Water- as required
Grated Coconut – 1/2 Cup

Preparation

Add ragi flour to a bowl, add salt into it, then pour water a little, mix it with your hand, add more water if required, then add the ragi to a mixie jar, then pulse it, and transfer it to the bowl. Take a putt maker, add coconut at the bottom, then add the putt podi, add coconut more between the layers, then cover it well, now steam it.
