Make your morning work easier with this easy to prepare appam recipe that does not need to soak the rice or grind the flour the day before.
First you can add three cups of rice flour to a bowl, add water to it, mix it and keep it aside. Add one cup of rice flour and water in a pan and cook this rice flour well on the stove. Now add the chopped rice flour and the rice flour mixed with water together in the mix jar and add enough salt to it and grind it well. Add some coconut oil and blend it and transfer it to a bowl. Put this batter in a rice cooker and keep it to rust for half an hour. After half an hour, take out the well risen dough and make nice soft Appam.
