Kaadakari is a cool combination that can be eaten with most of the delicacies. Kaadakari is a special item with Malayali breakfast dishes.
First wash the soaked peas and add them to the cooker, then add enough salt, chop the onion, chop two green chillies, add ginger, garlic and curry leaves and mix well, After draining the water, close the cooker and cook it well. Add three cardamoms, some fennel seeds and black pepper to a pan and fry them well. One cup of grated coconut can be added to the mix jar, half a teaspoon of turmeric powder, one teaspoon of chili powder, two teaspoons of coriander powder, roasted masala, some cinnamon powder, some boiled chickpea and grind them well. Then you can add it to the cooked peas, add some water and boil it well. Add some chopped shallots to some coconut oil and roast it well, add red chillies and curry leaves to it, after mixing well, pour it to curry.
