• Oats – one cup
•Egg – 3
• Moringa leaves – 2 pts
• Chopped Cabbage – 1/4 cup
• Grated carrots – 1/4 cup
•Chopped green chillies – one tsp
•Ginger chopped – one teaspoon
•Garlic chopped – one teaspoon
•Chopped small onion – 1/4 cup
•Chopped coriander leaves – 1/4 cup
• Chopped tomatoes – 1/4 cup
•Sesame – 1 tbsp
• Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
•Salt – 1/2 tsp
• Chilli powder – 1 tsp
•Water – 1 cup

How to prepare

• Grind oats and add one cup of water
Mix without lumps. Add pepper powder and salt to the egg and beat it well and add it to the oats, Then add all the chopped vegetables to it, add sesame seeds, salt and cumin and mix well.
