Healthy Ragi Laddu

Ingredients

•Ragi – 1 & 1/2 cup

•grated coconut – 1 cup

•cardamom powder – 1/2 teaspoon

•jaggery – 200 gram ( 1 cup)

•Ghee – 2 tablespoons

•Nuts – 2 tablespoons

Preparation

Heat ghee in a pan, add ragi powder, roast it well, add crushed coconut, mix well, once it become dry and coconut become aromatic turn off flame. Melt jaggerry, then pour it to the ragi, add cardamom powder and roasted cashews, mix well, then make small laddus.
