A variety dish with tender coconut for rice..
Take pulp of tender coconut and cut it into small square shapes, add it to a clay pot, add 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1 1/2 tsp coriander,1 1/4 tsp chilly powder, 1/2 tsp crushed cumin, salt, shallots , green chillies and pour some water, mix well, then boil it until the water dissolves. Finally season it with oil, curry leaves, mustard and shallots.
