Everyone likes Semiya Payasam. Let’s see how to prepare Semiya Payasam with a nice pink color and taste.
First heat a little ghee in a pan and add 3/4 cup semiya to it and fry it well then keep it aside. Caramelize it by adding a quarter cup of sugar to the pan, add some condensed milk to it and mix it well, then pour one liter of milk into it. When the milk and sugar are well mixed, add the fried semiya to it and stir well until the semiya is cooked well. Turn off the heat when it gets thick and add a teaspoon of cardamom powder, cashew nuts, raisins and roast them.
