A tasty dosa, which is prepared with rice and coconut, No need to add urad dal, but still it is soft.
Soak 1 cup of raw rice and fenugreek seeds 3/4 tsp together in a bowl for 3-4 hrs. After soaking well, add this to a mixie jar, add 1 cup coconut and 3/4 cup of poha along with it, add a little water, then grind it into fine batter, pour this batter to a bowl, then keep aside for overnight or 8 hrs. Next morning, add salt to it, after mixing it well, make soft spongy dosa.
