Gulab jamun are soft delicious berry sized balls made with milk solids, flour & a leavening agent. These are soaked in rose flavored sugar syrup.

Here , a variety taste gulab jamun which is prepared by using amrutham protein powder.

Heat a pan, add 2 cup of amrutham podi into it, heat it for 3-5 minutes, then transfer it to a bowl, add 1 cup of milk powder and ghee into it, mix it well, pour milk to knead it and make a soft dough, now divide it into equal small balls. Fry these balls in medium flame. Prepare sugar syrup next, add 1 cup of sugar and 1 1/2 cup of water in a pan, boil it well, then add jamun balls and soak it for 5 minutes, then have it.
